1. What is covered in these Terms of Use

In these Terms of Use, the user of the platform hosted at https://manusis4.com.br/, hereinafter referred to as Manusis4, will find information about: how Manusis4 works and the applicable rules; the legal framework related to Manusis4; user responsibilities when using the platform; and the responsibilities of WERT SOLUTIONS LTDA., registered under CNPJ/ME No. 06.078.532/0001-28, headquartered at Rua Comendador Araújo, No. 323, suite 141, Centro, CEP 80420-903, Curitiba/PR (Wert) in providing Manusis4.

2. Acceptance of Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

By using Manusis4, the user confirms that they have read and understood the applicable Terms and Policies and agrees to be bound by them.

3. Applicable laws and regulations

• Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil of 1988 – Art. 5, XXVII and XXVIII.
• Law No. 12,965 of April 23, 2014 – Brazilian Internet Civil Framework: establishes principles, guarantees, rights and duties for Internet use in Brazil.
• Law No. 13,709 of August 14, 2018: provides for the protection of personal data (LGPD).

4. What is Manusis4?

Manusis4 is an asset management solution developed by certified professionals with proven experience in the field. Unlike similar solutions, Manusis4 is a multi-user system that can grow in functionality alongside our clients. It is a 100% web-based solution, hosted on AWS, with the most complete mobile app on the market, and is prepared for Industry 4.0 demands. It includes specialized modules based on WCM – World Class Manufacturing methodology, Machine Learning and AI.

5. User rights

Manusis4 users have the following rights under the Personal Data Protection Law:

• Right to confirmation and access (Art. 18, I and II): right to obtain confirmation from the platform that personal data concerning them is or is not being processed, and if so, the right to access that data.
• Right to rectification (Art. 18, III): right to request correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
• Right to limitation of processing (Art. 18, IV): right to limit the processing of personal data.
• Right to object (Art. 18, § 2): right to object at any time to data processing for reasons related to the user's particular situation.
• Right to data portability (Art. 18, V): right to transfer data to another service or product provider.
• Right not to be subject to automated decisions (Art. 20, LGPD): the data subject has the right to request review of decisions made solely based on automated processing of personal data.

6. User obligations

The Manusis4 platform is directed at persons with full legal capacity. Minors are not permitted to use the platform.

The user is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided and acknowledges that inconsistencies may prevent the use of Manusis4. Login credentials may only be used by the registered user — they are personal and non-transferable.

The user is responsible for all direct or indirect damages caused to Wert, any other user, or any third party, including through non-compliance with these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

7. Wert's responsibilities regarding your data

Wert undertakes to comply with all legislation relating to the correct use of citizens' personal data so as to preserve the privacy of data used on the platform, and to guarantee all legal rights of data subjects.

Wert may, in response to judicial orders for information, share information necessary for investigations or take measures related to illegal activities, suspected fraud or potential threats.

8. Authorization to use the Manusis4 API

Use of the Manusis4 RESTful API is a restricted and exclusive feature granted only to users specifically registered for this purpose through a specific agreement with Wert. Use of the Manusis4 RESTful API by any user not registered or authorized by Wert is strictly prohibited.

9. Recommended configuration for Manusis Mobile

Recommended hardware specifications for smartphones or tablets:

• Android: 6.0+ (minimum)
• Processor: 1.2 GHz Quad Core
• RAM: 4 GB
• Internal storage: 32 GB
• Camera: 16 megapixels

10. Offline mode operation — Manusis Mobile

Manusis Mobile offline mode allows users to perform certain operations in the app when no internet connection is available. For offline use, the user must complete an initial data sync on first access. We recommend a daily sync to avoid data accumulation.

11. Recommended configuration for Manusis4 Web

Manusis4 is a web-based solution and its operating speed depends on a combination of factors: application + hardware + internet + contracted infrastructure. Minimum recommendation: 8 GB RAM, SSD, processor with at least 1 GHz, and internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.

12. Changes to these Terms of Use

Wert reserves the right to modify this document at any time, especially to adapt it to changes in Manusis4. Any modification and/or update to these Terms of Use will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform website.

14. Applicable jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any claim or dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Curitiba/PR.
