Our Information Security Policy is structured in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001, with the objective of ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information belonging to our clients, employees and partners.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees, partners, suppliers and any person who has access to Manusis information or systems. This includes physical environments, systems, networks, mobile devices, web applications and our products, such as Manusis 4.0 and Manusis Mobile.

Practices and Guidelines

Information access with secure authentication and privilege control.
Activity monitoring and logging for incident prevention.
Responsible use of email, internet, mobile devices and networks.
Regular backups, version control and contingency plans.
Protection of intellectual property and contractual confidentiality with clients.
Awareness campaigns and periodic security training.

Compliance and Responsibilities

All users are responsible for safeguarding information security. Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary, contractual and legal measures, depending on the severity of the infraction.

Continuous Improvement

Our Information Security Committee (ISC) periodically reviews this policy and associated controls, continuously seeking improvement and alignment with global best practices and current legislation.

ISO/IEC 27001 Certification

Manusis4 (WERT SOLUTIONS) holds ISO/IEC 27001 certification, issued by GCS — Global Certification Services, certificate No. 2064BRIBA. This certification proves that our security controls are externally audited and meet the highest international standards.
