MANIFEST
Manusis4 was born from a simple frustration: why do critical asset decisions still depend more on gut feeling than integrated technical criteria? We don't believe software exists just to register orders, we believe it needs to think alongside those who decide.
Where assets stop being an operational problem and become a strategic decision.
Technology with a shop-floor soul
Rodrigo Rotondo, founder, product owner and CEO of Manusis4, is a mechanical engineer with a postgraduate degree in Business Management from ESADE (Barcelona) and certification from the Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP).
His career began at Monsanto (now Bayer), on the shopfloor, then moved through a third-party maintenance management company where he gained hands-on experience across multiple industrial segments: chemical, petrochemical, textile, civil explosives, food & beverage, ceramics, metallurgy, among others.
Most systems were designed by IT professionals, from the outside in: first the screen, then the process. In real operations, the order is different. Everything starts with the question nobody wants to get wrong: which decision reduces risk today without creating another problem tomorrow?
Conceived by a maintenance and reliability professional who has lived through its challenges, Manusis4 speaks to maintenance, supplies, reliability, leadership and board in the same flow: each area sees what it needs, without losing operational truth.
The origin
20 years ago, responsible for maintaining a critical reactor, Rodrigo had only paper, manuals and fragmented history to decide. That day, he decided he would never again make an asset decision without criteria.
It became clear that the problem was not the bearing — it was the model. From that perception, Rodrigo dedicated himself to building something that did not yet exist: a maintenance system that actually decides.

Manusis4 in numbers
It's not a software demo, it's a diagnosis of your operational reality.
